Gel is open cell, elastic, offers especially high density and pressure releasing, also in case of low or high weight loading!
This means that the mattress fits to the individual body shape. Usual mattresses don't fit to the sleeping person and cause back pain and a changing of the sleeping position. This leads to low sleeping quality!

1. The warranty is based on the statutory provisions (see § 9).
2. For our mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins, we also provide a comprehensive guarantee, which is explained below. Of course, this does not affect our customers' statutory claims for defects.
3. We give a guarantee on the mattresses, mattress pads, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins with the following content:
We grant a pro rata guarantee of 5, 10 or 12 years for our mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows and slatted frames (according to the respective item description) from the delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified by the buyer. We grant a 10-year guarantee on our pool basins for leaks in the pool basins and the leaktightness of the pipelines in the basin up to the technology, from the time the goods are handed over to the delivery address specified by the buyer.
The warranty does not interrupt or extend the entire warranty period since the purchase.
4. The guarantee extends to the material processing of the mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins. This only applies if the mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins are used exclusively for private use as intended. In the case of use for commercial purposes (e.g. hotels) as well as improper use (e.g. outdoors), the extended guarantee is only possible with an individual agreement. The following are not covered by the guarantee: Normal wear and tear, plates or slatted slats (slatted frames), the consequences of improper use (e.g. using a mattress without a fully functional slatted frame such as slatted frames with at least 24 slatted slats or plate slatted frames), soiling, stains, mold, torn carrying loops and consequential damage .
5. If the material processing is restricted within the guarantee period, we will make improvements at our option. However, within the framework of the statutory warranty periods and claims, you can of course determine your rights yourself, without prejudice to your rights.
